Discover Natural movement

Reclamation of authentic movement is the starting point for peak physical performance, the secret to injury prevention, and the key to graceful aging.
As a former collegiate athlete and current recreational enthusiast, I was suprised to find basic human movement patterns becoming more challenging for me with each passing year. Whether it was climbing a tree with my son, balancing on a fallen log, or traversing unstable surfaces, nothing was as simple as it used to be. I was also noticing that I was becoming more susceptible to musculoskeletal breakdowns such as displaced ribs, subluxed vertebrae, and an assortment of soft tissue injuries.

While searching for a remedy for my newly acquired incompetencies, I stumbled upon MovNat. After a short time of incorporating the techniques, I was so encouraged by my personal transformation that I became a certified MovNat level II trainer. I now take great pleasure in helping my clients achieve the same dramatic results that I have enjoyed.

“MovNat operates on the premise that modern-day humans are suffering from ‘zoo human syndrome,’ a cooped-up, caged-animal type of life that results in chronic pain, immobility, depression, and lack of vitality. To recover, you need to reclaim your ability to move naturally (Erwan Le Corre, founder of MovNat).”

MovNat has even been proven to help ward off neurodegenerative disease.  Research reveals that the typical gym environment promotes cognitive passivity. In contrast, natural movement engages your brain in complex and stimulating ways, contributing to the growth and development of new brain cells.

Natural movement-based personal training will teach you how to move your body competently and in so doing maximize your mobility, strength, and stamina, gaining mastery over the movement skills required to navigate your environment successfully. Whether you’ve reached a personal fitness plateau, are seeking to insulate yourself from recurrent aches and pains, or are interested in aging gracefully, natural movement training can help you reach your goals.
