Christopher earned his Master’s in Physical Therapy from Chapman University (the longest standing accredited physical therapy program in the nation). He is also a certified natural movement expert (MovNat Level II Trainer). His career as an orthopedic rehabilitation specialist spans 24 years. He has worked with those suffering from soft tissue breakdown and joint malalignment due to repetitive stress, traumatic injury, or age-related changes and has rehabbed athletes all over the spectrum, from recreational enthusiast to professional. He has studied under world-renowned practitioners, Kevin Wilk, DPT, Patrick Hoban, DPT, and Brian Mulligan, DPT mastering advanced manual techniques including myofascial release, joint mobilization, and muscle energy. Christopher believes in the restorative value of hands-on techniques to relieve pain as well as in the personal instruction of proper natural motion to enable a lifetime of pain-free living. On the weekend, you’ll find Christopher paddle-boarding, kayaking, hiking, or biking with his wife of 19 years, Jennifer, his son, Ethan, and his daughter, Lauren.
